Our fees depend on many factors, including the size of the performing ensemble and the duration of the event.  We pride ourselves on offering affordable, competitive market rates.  Our rates start at $300, with our most popular package being $775.  Please contact us for more detailed pricing for your event.

No!  As seasoned professionals, we are well versed in collaborating with clients to select music to suit their needs.  Pick what you want and leave the rest to us!

We will try our best to accommodate any request you may have regarding music selection.  If your request is not in our library, there may be an additional fee for acquiring new music (typically $10-15 per piece). 

As professional musicians, we have found it unnecessary to attend wedding rehearsals.  On the day of the event, we arrive with plenty of time to coordinate with the venue and your point person.  However, if you would feel more at ease with an Andante member attending the rehearsal for logistical purposes, you may request for us to do so.  There is an additional fee for this service.

We will provide our own music stands and a white tent for outdoor events.  The only thing we require from the venue is one armless chair per musician.  We are acoustic performers and do not use amplification.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date, location, and time. We do not use subcontractors, so our availability is limited.

Yes.  We are happy to collaborate with other musicians under the following circumstances:

1. Sheet music is provided to us at least two weeks prior to the event.

2. Your musician can meet with us 30 minutes prior to the contracted start time for a rehearsal.

There is an additional fee for this service.

Our standard dress is all black.  However, if you have a special request, we will do our best to accommodate.

Most likely.  However, due to scheduling conflicts, it may be necessary to substitute a player for your event.  Rest assured that we only employ the most professional and experienced players.
